In October I went into my Ceiling and found that the guys who installed the previous hot water cylinder had placed in in the middle of one of the bed room with out any support.
The weight of the cylinder was causing the beams supporting the ceiling to cave in.
This caused the ceiling below to bulge
This meant that all the muck was on the floor
